One of the best things I love about living in Casagrand Hazen is that it has amenities that will elevate the experience of living for kids, adults and senior citizens as well.
Park and garden: I’m a yoga enthusiast. For me, the park and garden is the best place to relax and do yoga and some light exercises while the sun is rising.
Elevator with power backup: I live on the 6th floor of the building. Due to the elevator facilities, it is easier for me to get to my apartment after a long day.
24×7 security guards: There is a security guard on duty 24/7 who keeps an eye on everything and helps increase the security of the building.
Playhouse: The building consists of a small playhouse where all the senior citizens gather and play games like ludo, carrom and cards.
Swimming pool: The building also has a shared swimming pool divided into two sections. One for kids and one for adults.

Casagrand Hazen is located in Mahaganapathy Nagar, Gottigere Bengaluru, one of the best locations. Some location amenities helped me stay a lot easier and more comfortable.
Bus stations: Gottigere bus station is just a minute from my place. Kalena Agrahara bus station is just 1km from my apartment.
Metro stations: Konanakunte Cross metro station is 5kms from my apartment, and sometimes I travel via metro to my workplace.
Hospitals: Vijayashree Hospital is 1 minute away from my place and has treated me in my bad times. This is one of the best hospitals in my locality.
Malls & Supermarkets: Royal Meenakshi Mall:- This mall is 2.7 kms from my place and has a collection of all types of clothes. Easy shopping Mart:- This particular mart is 2 kms from the place and keeps all types of grocery and food items.
2. Profitable Investment
Casagrand Hazens provided me with a premium apartment within my price range. As the apartment is located in one of the prime locations, it also connects with the upcoming commercial businesses, which helped me shape my career. The atmosphere and environment of this building are filled with positive energy and provide peace after a long and tiring day at work. I recommend investing in this place as it is also kid friendly.
